Appeal Residential Burglary
Working with 18 yr who went to retrieve some of his own possesions- confront person who took it- no one home went in- key in lock took what was his- convicted residential burglary- defended by public defender- appeal with private lawyer- documentation of no intent in court records- what are chances of sucessful appeal Thanks

Of course, even with a succesful appeal,
one generally ends up right back in front of the
same judge after the retrial. It is legal for him
to give you more time the second sentencing.
