Legal Question in Criminal Law in Wisconsin

Can I be arrested and convited on this statment..

Recently I had been in the wrong place, wrong time. At my old work I was there durin it being robbed unknowingly. Now the man that robbed the place originally said I was involved in helping which is untrue, so APPARENTLY I am facing 10 years in jail, which I believe also to be false information, now I'm starting school for paralegal in 2 months and I don't think this is right. Can they really arrest me and put me in prison for this burgalry felony? They say they can and they will, infact they already have accused me twice without giving me a chance to make a statement. Should I concentrate more on getting the guy that robbed the house to say I didn't do anything? I'm just really confused right now.

A person whom police want to talk to about a suspected crime, should not talk to police -- at least no without having their lawyer present. Police use deception tactics and psychological torture to get confessions out of people -- even innocent people. Also, police sometimes misinterpret what is said, write down the opposite of what is said, then later in court swear that the truth is that you said opposite of what you actually said. The only defense against injustice is to avoid using words with police and avoid answering them non-verbally. The only words you need to say to them are "I want to see my lawyer before any questioning."

Being charged with a crime, or arrested on such a charge is one thing. Getting convicted for something (you didn't do) is at least 10,000 times worse.

If it happened in Wisconsin, you need a Wisconsin lawyer.

Don't talk to police. Get a lawyer. Fast.
