Legal Question in Criminal Law in Wisconsin
If a case was joint and several for theft of movable property (restitution of 3,632.17) and one of the parties was revoked off probation and a judgement was entered against that person for the amount of the restitution, would i still be responsible for any part of the restitution? (since the other party was revoked?)

You would still be responsible for the payment. Each party is equally responsible for the entire amount.
