Felony Worthless Check/Forgery Prosecution Against 1 Year Old as an Adult
Your son needs an experienced felony attorney as soon as possible. If his record is not too terrible, there is a chance for "reverse waiver," which entails sending the matter back to juvenile court if the child can prove that he is not a sophisticated criminal and has not the benefits available in the juvenile system. Typically, there is much more help offered to juvenile court defendants that to those in adult court, and records are generally kept secret, so the advantages are huge. Good luck!
