Legal Question in Criminal Law in Wisconsin
Can a completed deferred prosecution agreement later be used in court for a description of a person's character, since the agreement is taking responsibility for what happened? For instance, can it be used to prove that a person filing a restraining order is not credible, and has had a violent felony dismissed as part of a deferred prosecution agreement?

No. It is not relevant to the proceedings. The only issue involved in a restraining order is whether the acts alleged can be proven.
