Legal Question in Criminal Law in Wisconsin

I used a credit card without the permission from the card holder,she reported it to the credit card company as fraud and they contaced me and put the card in my name.as far as they are concerned the case is closed,can my friend press charges against me now

Yes, she can still press charges but if you first pay the card off, it may become difficult to prove that you had intent to defraud (and since it also appears that you have some sort of connection with the owner). Generally in WI, however, unauthorized use of a credit card is usually prosecuted as felony identity theft, a very serious charge as well as a terrible one to have on your record.
