Expiration of Criminal Warrants
I do not believe that criminal warrants ever expire in WI. As a practical matter, courthouses will clear old files once sufficient time has passed for it to become likely that the person has died of old age. You need to hire an experienced criminal attorney as soon as possible to negotiate terms for you to surrender yourself to authorities with an agreed sentencing recommendation or other plea agreement.
