Legal Question in Criminal Law in Wisconsin

i got a DC/abuse in 97 and it's stoping my from returning to the NAVY
i got a Disortlty conduct in 97 and in the discrition it state's /abuse. it's stoping my from returning to the NAVY! this way a long time ago i am know a single father of two and put my self threw school (with a 4.0 by the way). istudy while the kids where sleeping. i have been looking for other jobs but have had no luck since then.the makets in the toilet! my family Really need this. i pleaed no contest because the state apointed attory that i meet only two mintues before hand said it was my only option. i don't belaeve i was read my rights. i have a letter from my ex-wife (that has goon back to smokeing crack) stating that i never hurt her and am no treat to anyone . i have growen up a lot from then and have not gotten in anymore trouble since or before.. please help for both my and my childern

upon that, you might be able to get the conviction

expunged. You will need an attorney for that. Good luck!
