20 Year Old, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Pro Se NOT Recommended
Being age 20, you have a golden opportunity to come out of this with no permanent conviction record, since eventual expungement is technically possible at your age. However, if the negotiations are not handled in a technically proper fashion, this option may not be available to you. You therefore owe it to yourself to hire and attorney and do all you can to avoid a criminal record, which would haunt you for the rest of your employment career (since all criminal records are now available to employers online). The response is not intended as legal advice nor intended to create an attorney/client relationship.
