Legal Question in Criminal Law in Wisconsin
Can i get a domestic voilence and battery charge dropped if i asked for lawyer but still asked me questions and never once got my rights read to me when arrested

Your lawyer could try to get any statements which you made to police after asking for a lawyer suppressed, but this would not stop prosecution of the case if the government had other evidence against you which was still sufficient to prove it, such as testimony from witnesses. Speak with an experienced criminal lawyer right away because domestic violence convictions can effect you for the rest of your life, in ways which you never imagined.
Do not assume that I am your attorney because of my response here, since I would not be taking any action on your case without additional arrangements.
