Legal Question in Criminal Law in Wisconsin

Entering a home without owners permission

My former brother-in-law (who had keys to my parent's house) brought the woman he was having an affair with to my parent's house (obviously without my parent's permission when my parents were gone for 3 months) to have sexual relations.

Can my parents do anything legally to this woman as she entered the house without permission? Also, can anything be done to my former brother-in-law for bringing her into his in-law's house without permission.

Any help would be greatly appreciated! My parents are truly suffering having to deal with what has happened in their house.

Re: Entering a home without owners permission

They can do nothing to the woman since she entered the home with the permission of another who had valid access.

They can do nothing to the brother in law except revoke permission for him to come to the home in the future and,if he persists, seek a restaining order.
