Legal Question in Criminal Law in Wisconsin
Expunge
I have a case that one of the conditions of the case was that it could be expunged after completion of my terms & conditions. well I fulfilled all terms & conditions now i want it off my record. I sent the court a letter and they gave me a courtdate. what should I be prepared for?

Re: Expunge
Just show the court that you have complied and bring documentation to prove it. A letter that talks about how you have learned your lesson and how you are concretely proceeding to achieve your goals wouldn't hurt. A little humble pie goes a long way....
