Legal Question in Criminal Law in Wisconsin
How do I expunge misdeamnor offense off my record? I have a disorderly conduct and/or a non-criminal battery and this is interfering with my career opportunities. I pleaded no contest and was fined $151.00. I thought the fine was an exchange for the charge but I was wrong I guess. I do not have any priors or haven't had any future incidents .

First off, you had to be 21 years of age or younger in order to be qualified for an expungement. If you were at the time 21 years of age or younger, the next thing to do is to contact the court for instructions on how to file a motion with the sentencing judge. I strongly suggest you hire an attorney to assist you with this.
