Legal Question in Criminal Law in Wisconsin
Is it possible to get a expungement of a criminal record in wisconsin if it wasn't ordered at sentencing. It's a misdemeanor and I was 18 at the time. I am now 32 without any other contact with the court system since. This record is holding me back. I need a way to get rid of it.

You may file a motion with the sentencing court to reopen your case and determine whether you merit an expungement. I strongly suggest that you retain experienced criminal-defense counsel, like me, to assist you.
