how do i go about getting my record exsponged. I have a felony for Burglary , Armed self in burglary. It has been 10 years since the conviction

Due to a recent Supreme Court case in Wisconsin, it is more or less impossible to reopen a felony conviction after the deadlines for appeal have expired. The only remaining option is to apply for a pardon from the Governor, which is a longshot at best. Even misdemeanors are difficult to reopen, unless the defendant was under the age of 21 at the time of conviction.
