Falsely accused of molestation
My mother is accusing me of sexual abuse of my son. I passed the Computer Voice Stress Analysis, Judge ordered her to take it but 3 weeks later she still hasn't. She has tried to take him away before, butit never worked because I'm a good mom. This time, she's using sex abuse because it's so hard to prove-or disprove. I was deployed to Iraq for 15 months and now she's trying to use that against me (''child abandonment'')as if I had a choice to go. Are there psych tests that I can take to show I'm not a child abuser etc?I'm a single mom, and she's saying that because I date that makes me ''unreliable'' and that my son should live with her because she's married (for the second time) and that makes her ''stable''. She is a religious fanatic and constantly tells me I'm going to hell if I don't ''repent.'' What can I do to defend myself? I already passed the ''lie detector'' test. Can I ask the judge to order the release of my mom's psych records/evals (she has quite a few of them) in order to substantiate my claim that she has a psych/mental problem? FYI: I have a totally clear record (2 speeding tickets), have an outstanding military record-highly decorated from the war, graduate college in May,have a good reputation. Please help me!!
