Legal Question in Criminal Law in Wisconsin

Can you tell me how to get a federal public defender? Tim on probation, US Marshal came to his house with his PO with an arrest warrant. His ex girlfriend told the PO he was selling drugs. They searched the house, found ammunition, no gun. He is a felon. Ammunition belonged to a an ex girlfriend, they tracked the ammunition purchase to her and she testified in front of a grand jury stating she purchased a gun for him. He has Mark Eisenberg, represnt him for his revocation hearing for $4K, He has no money left. He lost, 14 months is sentence. He has also been indicted by the FEDS for possessing a firearm, although they never found a firearm in his possession or home. The ex girlfriend was living with him part time....but he has another girlfriend, who is now pregnant. Thus the testimony from the exgirlfriend stating she purchased a gun for him, she is trying to get back at him. He is in Dane County Jail, soon to be transferred to Dodge Correctional and needs a federal public defender. Where do we look for one? Can you advise?

The Milwaukee Federal Defender's office number was 414) 221-9900 the last time I checked. There office entrance is in the first floor main lobby area of the Milwaukee Federal Courthouse. They should be able to connect you with the Madison office.
