felony firearm charge
my daughter bougt a convicted felon a gun. would she be punished for this?

I'd say that pretty much opens her up for getting at least charged as party to the crime of felon in possession of a firarm. I'm sure a creartive DA could think of more to charge her with. What a *stupid* thing for her to do!
