food stamp fraud

how can i be charged with food stamp fraud when i had already been back in illinois for two months before the charge?

Eh . . . maybe because you committed the fraud in the first place? (Duh!) Stop and think about it for two seconds. If you committed a murder in one state then left that state, do you honestly believe they couldn't charge you? (They say there's no such thing as a stupid question, but . . .)
