Legal Question in Criminal Law in Wisconsin
I have a friend that had several minor sexual touching experiences when he was 14 to other children that were 10 and 11 years of age. These exchanges were consentual. These are just being found out now by the parents. Can he be criminally charged as an adult. He turned 21 this past December.

He can be charged criminally. Moreover, consent is not a defense to such a charge. A child of the age of 10 and 11 is not capable of consent under the law.
You should make no statements to law enforcement or others regarding the allegations. You should also retain counsel immediately.
