Legal Question in Criminal Law in Wisconsin
you have someone that keeps jumping bail and has since 2001 why do the courts keep giving him bail when they no he wot show why dont the just put him in jail for his crimes without bail so he can sit?

Criminal defendants have a constitutional right to reasonable bail. A particular defendant's history is relevant when deciding what is reasonable, but probably cannot justify denying bail outright. A better question is why people keep bailing this person out; maybe he has enough money to post his own bail.
