ARE THERE ANY LAWYERS THAT WORK FOR FREE WHEN THE CLIENT HAS NO MONEY?

No; all lawyers, just like everyone else, need to be paid for occupation or they cannot support themselves and their families. However, there are some lawyers who work for legal aid agencies and are paid for their time by those agencies; if you are truly broke, you should check with Legal Action of WI or other similar local agency for civil matters and the WI State Public Defender's Office for criminal ones. Unless you are on welfare, however, you will probably not qualify for free services under their guidelines.
