If I am to serve 90 days in jail for battery and I leave the state before my actual sentancing, what are my consequences?

You would be charged with a crime for avoiding custody. A warrant would issue for your arrest. If you were every stopped in another state for any violation, it is likely the warrant would be found and you would be held in jail until you could be returned to the state of WIsconsin. In short, you would be looking over your shoulder for quite some time.
