Search Warrant Back Dated?
You need to retain an experienced criminal lawyer to analyze this situation. It is possible that the date was merely a typo, but it is also possible that the search was warrantless because the warrant was not approved by the Judge until after the fact. Generally speaking, there will be other documentation available as to the date it was actually signed, all of which needs to be gathered as soon as possible.
