Medical capacity of defense attorney
My court appointed attorney suffers from childhood diabetes. During my trial for mail fraud, my attorney was having serious problems with his bllod sugar. To the point of having to continue his closing argument.

Did you have a question to go along with incident which you describe involving your attorney's blood sugar? If you felt that you were poorly served by him, I would be happy to look at a transcript of his closing argument to see whether he appeared to be disabled at the time. Of course, if the argument was adjourned to a different date when his blood sugar was adequately controlled, I would need to see that transcript as well. I'm assuming from your question that you did not like the result.
