What does the first offenders program entail?
My question is about the first offenders program in Wisconsin, I am wondering what it exactly means and what a person would have to do when they are in the program? And is there a cost involved?

first offenders programs that I can't answer
your question without more details (i.e., your
age, which court you are in, and what you are charged
