Of course it always depends on a lot of factors, but in Milwaukee County it is almost always jail time. So many factors play into it, but if there are no aggravating factors it is certainly possible to end up in the 6 to 9 month range.(It is a class E felony, so there is a possibility of 10 years prison time and 5 years ES)
This can be a very serious matter, and I highly recommend you retain an attorney or if you cannot afford one, contact the Public Defender's office.
