Legal Question in Criminal Law in Wisconsin
Can a person who was arrested for disorderly conduct;domestic abuse have the record taken off of CCAP, after the charge is dismissed? The dismissal is due to difficult circumstances surrounding the charges that were intended to be a Chapter 51 police call. A 3 party petition was approved three days later. The charges will show dismissed, but may still cause problems. Any helpful answer is appreciated.

Yes, that sounds as if it may be possible, so long as you were not convicted of anything, but only after a certain length of time has passed, and then after great effort. Talk to your lawyer about it, who can probably do it quite expeditiously and at minimal cost.
