post conviction relief
i pleaded guilty to a case without knowing the affect it was goig to have on my immigration status. what can i do to bring this case back and fight it in court(post conviction relief)?

Usually, when the judge's asks you questions regarding the plea to make sure you understand your rights, he will inform you that the plea could impact your immigration status. The only way to find this out is to order and pay for the transcripts of the proceedings. Good luck.
