Pre Trial
If I do not have an attorney, and miss a pre trial hearing will a warrent be issued for my arrest ? Can I ask the clerk of courts for a postponment?

Usually, for a criminal matter, if you did not show up for your pre-trial hearing (regardless of whether you had an attorney), a bench warrant would be issued. Call the clerk of court immediately when they're open and get a new date to come in and explain to the judge why you failed to appear this last one. Be prepared to be taken into custody if the judge isn't satisfied with your excuse and sets a high cash bail that you cannot afford!
