probation revocation
My probation officer called me to let me know that he is going to revoke my probation because I am having a hard time paying. What can I do to keep from being revoked?

Pay! However, you should also promptly consult with an attorney who is experienced in such matters. If you have not violated any rules of probation and have paid as much as you are financially capable of paying, you might have a basis to fight the revocation. In order to succeed in such a defense, however, you would need to have established at least some good faith payment record, even if your monthly payment is less than the monthly amount demanded of you.
