Does a proper search warrant in wisconsin need to be signed by a judge? To search cell phone

Yes, at least some copy needs to be signed by the judge, either physically or electronically. Failing that, other evidence of judicial approval may suffice. The copy left at the property is rarely the signed copy, but your attorney can easily check the original.
