If a 17 year old girl becomes pregnant by an adult male, is it considered rape?

Consensual sex between an adult and a minor
is a crime in WI. It's a misdemeanor in the
case of a sixteen to eighteen year old (up
to nine months in jail and a $10,000.00
fine) and a felony with prison time possible
(and likely) if the minor is fifteen or younger.
