Legal Question in Criminal Law in Wisconsin
Removing a misdemeanor from your record
I currently have a misdemeanor on my record for a crime in Wisconsin. When my probation was transferred to MN, the probation officer said that after my probation was up I should get the misdemeanor wiped off my record. How does one go about doing this?
