That would depend entirely on your past record, the circumstances surrounding the offense and a whole slew of other factors. For example, if this is your first conviction of record and you were subsequently cooperative with the arresting officers, you're more than likely looking at a little probation, maybe even just a fine. However, if you have a conviction record a mile long, you're probably going to do some time for it.
