Search and seizer

search and seizer incident prior to arrest, on an arrest warrant for non appearance. Is there such a thing and i would like to know more. They came to my home to pick me up and i needed to make arrangments for my child, they said lets go in then (apt) and three officers walked at me . I backed up. Once inside my apt, the police said they where going to do a s&s incident prior to arrest, they where already in diffrent areas of my apt. Just two seconds earlier they where going to take me with no s&s, was i scamed? Also I have police perjured statements can I do anything about this? They straight out changed everything, 5 diffrent sentences and made it sound like i confessed, an his partner backed him up. What can I do? Im a ingident and my lawyer i've had since 1/01 still hasn't talked to me. He appears incourt thats it. I call his office his sec. says he's out. I talk to him he said he's always in. He tells me to bring him the motions and he'll present them. I think im being shuffled. what to do?

Re: Search and seizer

Officers are allowed to do a pat down search and area

sweep for weapons during a lawful arrest. They can

sieze any contraband found during such a search. To

go beyond a quick "sweep", they still need a warrant.
