Legal Question in Criminal Law in Wisconsin
Speed ticket reduction
I was wondering what type of plea and what actions I would take to get a speeding ticket reduced. I was speeding, but I don't feel that I was going as fast as the officer stated on the ticket.

Re: Speed ticket reduction
That is a difficult question to answer, since there could be many variables.
I would call the district attorney handling the case, then ask him / her if they will reduce or drop the ticket. They will want to know what your driving record is, sometimes the DA will drop the ticket drastically if you do not take it to court.
Good luck
