Legal Question in Criminal Law in Wisconsin
Am i wanted in any other states
I'm wanted in wisconsin for misdameanors,will i still be wanted in illinois?Im in oregon now and i know im not wanted here.

WI rarely extradites on misdemeanors, although it is theoretically possible. You could certainly be detained in ILL on a WI misdemeanor warrant while WI decides whether it wants to do so. The best policy would be to retain a WI lawyer to attempt to resolve the case. Sometimes misdemeanors can even be resolved without a personal appearance.
