Is Expungement of Criminal Convictions Possible in WI

No, unless you obtain a court order for expungement. This is only possible in a limited number of situation depending upon your age and the nature of the charges. All WI court records including criminal convictions are available to the general public on the internet. As far as I know, they remain on there forever. That is why good legal representation in all criminal matters is critical for your future, for the rest of your life, which can, in the long run, be far more damaging to your job prospects than any sentence imposed.
