Legal Question in Criminal Law in Wisconsin

the wisconsin department of corr. is trying to make me take a program that i don't need and keeping me away from family in arkansas i don't have no family in wisconsin. i don't have no dirty ua's at all in my file i need to know the proper petitions to file so my judge can order my reinstatement of my interstate compact plus the programs are not court ordered. please assist mother is very sick.

Is there a question here? If you are you asking if they can make you take counseling, etc., that you feel you do not need and that the Court did not specifically order, the answer is "yes." The way the judges word their orders at sentencing usually gives the PO wide latitude and discretion in the types of correctional programming they put you in. Really, the only way to get out from their laborious demands is to simply revoke yourself.
