consequences would be myself 22

live in Wisconsin and my girlfriend is

16 and lives in Michigan where my

understanding the a.o.c is 16 If I

saw her in Michigan and if we had

sex would it be legal?

You're kidding, right? At 22 years of age, you have ansolutely no business having sexual relations with a 16-year-old in any state, regardless of whether that may be the age of consent in any other state (which I doubt is the case, in any event). You're probably headed towards life-long sex-offender reporting, should you get caught. Don't do it. Period.

Sorry, but I don't know enough about MI law to respond, although in WI it would be a crime. Most states' laws are fairly similar in that regard. You need to speak with an MI Attorney.
