Legal Question in Criminal Law in Wisconsin
Can I work in the healthcare field in the state of WI if I plead guilty to disorderly conduct and be placed on probation
1 Answer from Attorneys
Possibly not, depending upon the importance which the employer places upon such a conviction, and whether any of your competitors for the position do not have a conviction. Simple DC (disorderly conduct) which did not relate to your domestic situation is not alone a disqualifier for most healthcare jobs, however.
Do not assume that I am your attorney because of my response here. However, I will not be taking any action on your case unless you make additional arrangements. Answers may contain attorney advertising materials..
