Wrongfully accused/incarcerated
My friend is being held Estrella Jail,Px, AZ. on fugitive of justice warrant from Eau Claire WI.The unknown war. at the time of her arrest was for conspiracy manf.of crystal meth.The man she was living with apparently was doing this.She knew nothing of this but left the day before the raid on his house.He went to jail the day she left for wreckless endangerment to her daughter and self.While in jail he falsely accused her of being at the helm of it all,obviously upset cause he was facing another felony charge.Is she legally jailed and charged with this. Her bond has been set at $20,000.00. She has no priors

Much depends on the facts of the case. She can legally fight extradition. I would need to know some details to address.
