Legal Question in Discrimination Law in Wisconsin

Benefits

In feb. 2003 my husband and i bought a house in town because our daughter and i are disabled. The move was easier for all of us with our disabilities. My husbands empolyer demoded my husband and took our health insurance. His employer also talks to the other employees about him and is always questioning them about my husband, he is prying and trying to get information about what we don't know. Is this legal to strip our insurance based on moving?

Thank you.

Re: Benefits

There is not enough information for me to tell whether what your husband's employer is doing/has done is illegal. There are steps which an employer needs to take to terminate someone's health care and, under certain circumstances, the termination of your health care may have been illegal. My answer is similar for your question about the employer prying into your personal lives; I need more information.
