Legal Question in Discrimination Law in Wisconsin

sexual rumors and harmful talk at work

I am wondering if there is anything I can do about people at work saying things about me that deal with my sex life and personal life that are harmful and hurtful.These are rumors at the work place,it has happened before , It was brought to the plant managers attention one time before and nothing was done about it through the company.

Would this be considered harassment? If so what can I do?

Could very well be sexual harassment. It depends on the circumstances.
