OWI DUI 2nd Offense

You need to retain an experienced criminal lawyers as soon as possible. Unless the legislature has just changed it, the "lookback" period which is used to determine if an arrest is a first or a second offense in WI is ten years. For third and subsequent offenses, that period is extended to life. Drunken driving related convictions never "go away," they are maintained for life in the WI DOT's computer system. However, there are sometimes ways to challenge old convictions, hence you really need a lawyer.
