Ok I was arrested for driving while revoked (revoked from a OWI last year) a couple month back (while trying to turn in a job app to pay legal fines) but just found out the U.S. supreme court says its my right as a citizen to be able to travel and drive on the roads so with that ruleing does that mean I can drive again????

I am not aware of any Supreme Court case taking away the right of the states to revoke drivers' licenses following drunken driving convictions. You therefore cannot drive until properly licensed. Talk to a lawyer about the specifics in your case, and your requirements for reinstatement, since you may already be eligible, assuming that you have completed your AODA assessment and drivers' safety plan properly.
