A da offered me a plea bargain after he was found to have contact with a witness after the judge had ordered a no contact order. (I do not know the legal terms). It I did not take the offer, I was told he would call for a mistrial and start the whole process again. If the tables where turned, would I have the same rights? Something seems wrong to me.

DA's are not usually the subject of no contact orders, so something very strange indeed was happening in your case if the DA was ordered not to contact a witness. Either way, you obviously need experienced legal representation if you want this to end well for you, so quit posing online, and work instead on finding a lawyer to take your case.
