can you drive or operate a motor boat with an occupational license due to a DWI?

The answer is "probably yes," provided that you are solely driving the boat for work purposes and strictly are operating within the time and route limitations of your occupational license. For example, if you lived on an island and needed to get to the mainland for work, and specifically told the DMV all of this when you applied for the occupational license. The best expert to ask here, however, would be the DMV rather than an attorney.
