Drunk Driving after Revocation

Is is illegal to knowingly allow a person under revocation for OWI to drive your vehicle?

You could face serious liability issues for letting a known unsafe driver take your vehicle. This is known under the law as "negligent entrustment." Criminal liablity is rare in such a situation, but it is theoretically possible. The better practice would be to prevent the revoked driver from using your vehicle.

Theoretically, one could be charged as party to a crime for assisting or facilitating an illegal act. It's unlikely but possible if there is proof such "collaboration" existed.
